Liberalism has once again reared its ugly head in our judiciary.
Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis, a Bill Clinton appointee, has issued a ruling that has Trump seething.
Garaufis is now apparently a legislator, ordering the DACA program to be restored to Obama-era guidelines.
This a massive blow to Trump’s efforts to dismantle the program as well as being a blatantly bold move by a sitting judge that feels emboldened by the idea of Joe Biden winning the presidential election.
There are currently 640,000 participants in the program, a number that will now surely increase dramatically during a Biden administration.
The Department of Homeland Security has bene instructed to begin accepting new applications to the program as of this Monday.
