Last week, The Rock joined the “ManningCast” during the first round of the playoffs.
The Manning brothers noticed a rather large head behind The Rock.
When The Rock (real name Dwayne Johnson) informed them it was the head of the largest skeleton ever recovered, people went nuts thinking he had the authentic fossil in his home.
It’s Just a Model
Eli Manning asked Johnson about the head.
He responded, “I got a T-Rex skull. That’s Stan.
“As a matter of fact, so Stan was the most complete T. Rex skull ever found by a paleontologist, a young paleontologist and his name was Stan.
“So, this T. Rex head was named after him.
“Pretty cool and bada–, isn’t it?”

Everyone went nuts because the actual buyer of Stan was never revealed…
Was @TheRock the unknown bidder for Stan the T-Rex that has the science community up in arms?
He so casually dropped that story. This makes it even better #MNF #ManningCast pic.twitter.com/gXAnPLrDQ2

It turns out, the head behind Johnson was more than likely nothing more than a replica, an expensive one, but a replica nonetheless.
OK I figured out The Rock’s T. Rex skull.
You, too, can be the proud owner of a replica “Stan” skull for $11,500. pic.twitter.com/lRCx6ihtAY
