The closer we get to the election, the more likely we are to see more scandals come to light, be they true or false.
The latest, however, comes from an unsuspecting mark, that being Donald Trump Jr.’s girlfriend and top Trump surrogate, Kimberly Guilfoyle.
This weekend, a report broke in The New Yorker that Guilfoyle’s career at Fox News did not exactly end for the reason we all thought.
According to the report, Guilfoyle was facing sexual misconduct charges and Fox News allegedly settled with her accuser for roughly $4 million rather than the case go public.
The report would go on to say that Guilfoyle was known to show lewd pictures of her sexual conquests around the office and regularly discussed sexual matters at work.
The report also claimed that Guilfoyle would make her assistant work with her at her apartment while she paraded around the apartment naked, demanded thigh massages, and required her assistant to “submit” to her sexual demands.
In order to avoid going to trial in an investigation of sexual harassment against its former star Kimberly Guilfoyle, Fox agreed to pay a Guilfoyle accuser upward of $4 million, @JaneMayerNYer reports. https://t.co/dbDcgEeAXE

Guilfoyle declined to be interviewed for the piece as well as telling the outlet that she “never engaged in any workplace misconduct of any kind.”
