Now, I know that people can change over time and have different views.
However, when a politician flips on an issue that he or she held near and dear, we really need to point out the hypocrisy of it all.
Such is the case of this new puppet version of Joe Biden.
Joe the Senator
Joe Biden the Senator from Delaware and Joe Biden the White House occupant are two completely different people.
Biden had always been moderate as a Senator in terms of abortions.
He supported the Hyde Amendment and he even tried to have Roe v. Wade overturned in the early 1980s.
When Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT) sponsored an amendment to overturn Roe, Biden signed off on it.
The Human Life Federalism Amendment read, “A right to abortion is not secured by this Constitution.
“The Congress and several States shall have the concurrent power to restrict and prohibit abortions: Provided, That a law of a State which is more restrictive than a law of Congress shall govern.”
Now, that is very important because that exact stance is at the heart of Justice Alito’s opinion brief that was leaked.
The GOP should be bombing the airwaves with clips of Biden on this to prove how much of a hypocrite this man really is.
He would sell his soul for a government paycheck… and he did exactly that in 2020 when sided with the leftist extremists in this country.
